Course Fee: £120*

*Stoneware clay (HT Special) is included. 

Firing of work made is optional and will be charged in the studio according to the volume of work and the type of firing selected. 

 

 

This is a course for pottery students who would like to expand their throwing skill set by learning how to make an oval dish.

You will explore making, assembling, and stretching shapes and designs of oval serving platters and lidless oven dishes. The addition of feet, side handles and lugs will be covered in this course.

Whilst this course is intended for the more experienced potter, beginners who like to challenge themselves are welcome. 

 

Please bring:

  • Packed lunch
  • Note book
  • Apron,
  • Closed toe shoes.
