Sophie Kitching is a French-British visual artist living and working in New York. She graduated from the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris in 2014. Kitching creates paintings, installations and sculptures that encapsulate natural phenomena, reacting to her environment through found materials, colours, and forms. Merging nature and architecture, her work explores landscape as an active medium, intertwining territory and memory.
