Stoneware clay (ES5 or HT Special) is included.

Firing the work made is optional and will be charged in the studio according to the volume of work made and the type of firing selected. 

 

This is a two-day course for pottery students who would like to concentrate on expanding their throwing skill set by learning how to make a teapot. You will explore making and assembling various shapes and designs of teapots, spouts, and handles, and you will learn about lids and ways you can make a gallery. Whilst this course is intended for the more experienced potter, beginners who like to challenge themselves are welcome. 

Please bring: packed lunch, note book, apron, closed toe shoes.
