Australia Unveiled

MESSUMS is delighted to present a series of Australian artists here in the UK who represent a rich history of art that, much like the country itself, is a diverse fusion of influences and ideas, shaped and inspired by unique geographical and cultural perspectives, as well as a vital artistic lineage, skilfully blending abstraction and representation, history, and innovation in their work.

MESSUMS ORG has partnered and supported cross cultural creative practice with Australia  since 2010, working with the Art Gallery of New South Wales, Orange Regional Gallery, Defiance Gallery Sydney, King Street Gallery and since 2024 partnering with The Corridor Project at Cowra to develop an international artist-in-residency exchange program focused on creative expression, peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, and environmental awareness.
